INTRODUCTION

The environment is constantly changing, but everyone perceives and experiences these constant mutations according to their own needs, experiences and conception of change: complexity, uncertainty, crisis, insecurity are terms that flourish as soon as the topics of adaptation and decision are addressed.

The aim of this article is to present briefly and non-exhaustively what is involved in our way of experiencing change, as well as 4 techniques to help us adapt and make decisions.

As these techniques are used by Perselead in the framework of its services, this short presentation also provides additional insight into the tools that are employed.
