Objective

  • To help you acquire tools and skills that stimulate conscious, reasoned, informed and creative decision-making in specific pre-defined situations outlined in the session descriptions.

  • The sessions offered by Perselead are exclusively designed to address self-development or well-being needs and do not constitute any therapeutic support.

Situational context and targeted capacities

  • The abilities targeted are predefined and specific to each of the proposed Sessions. They are outlined in each Session's description.

  • These abilities are so defined as enabling people to avoid decisions that are detrimental to their goals or interests, to prevent unfortunate reactions, lack of responsiveness or creativity induced by the situation and its potential impact on their own emotional, mental or physical state.

  • They are selected for their usefulness in bringing projects to a successful conclusion during tense negotiations, team management, intense periods of activity, tense situations or in the context of hurried decision-making.

  • The available online Video Coaching Sessions target the following objectives : 

Contents & Advantages 

  • The video coaching session is pre-recorded and includes exercises using self-development techniques as well as a 90-page interactive booklet structuring and guiding your progression towards the acquisition of the targeted skills.

  • The purchase of the video session is done online, is secured, automated and accessible immediately upon validation of your order.

  • You can access your online session at any time and progress freely, in a self-directed way and at your own pace, while being guided towards the acquisition of the targeted skills.

  • A free access to the Exploration Area is provided when you create your account. The Exploration Area contains a set of articles written by Perselead on the themes of decision and perception, as well as bonus exercises, the purpose of which is to provide you with knowledge that can foster your personal development.

Option: One-to-one support (provided in english, spanish or french)

  • You have the possibility to complete your video coaching session with a 30mn one-to-one support session. It must be scheduled and takes place remotely via video conference.

  • This one-to-one support session consists of a Q&A session with personalised advice to assist you in your progression and the acquisition of the targeted skills.

  • The One-to-One Support Session Option is only available to people who are enrolled in a Video Coaching Session and is booked through their Account.

  • The prices for this option are as follows:
    -Price to Consumers : 98 Euro including VAT.
    -Price to Non-Profit Organisation & Public Entities: 123 Euro excluding VAT.
    -Price to Businesses: 164 Euro excluding VAT.

  • Messages (comments, questions, answers, experience sharing) are posted at the level of each activity (guided exercise, demonstration, article, Booklet exercise, etc.) to enable targeted interaction.

  • Self-paced progression (12 months access per session)
  • Sessions designed for a regular practice and a progression over 4 to 6 weeks.
  • Estimated time needed when discovering your session: 3 hours in average (depending on the session)
  • Benchmark: total time needed estimated on the basis of a practice of 2 complete sessions and 6 occasional exercises per week for 5 weeks: 21 hours on average (depending on the session)

BEFORE DOING A SESSION

  • This session is intended to address exclusively self-development or well-being needs and does not provide any therapeutic support.

Caution

  • Due to the use of controlled breathing, including short full and empty apneas, and the introspective attention you will perform, please be aware that these sessions are contraindicated or require special adaptations and the advice of your doctor or other health professional if you suffer from respiratory, cardiovascular or psychological fragility or other health problems.
  • Consult your doctor if you are unsure, under medical supervision or pregnant before performing the exercises.
  • The exercises should not be performed while doing any other activity or in a context that requires your attention or vigilance.

The main body movements performed

  • Most of the exercises can be performed standing or sitting as preferred.
  • One exercise can be performed seated or lying down as you wish.
  • The exercises may include, for example, gentle head and neck movements, limb movements, hip flexion or chest rotation.
  • One exercise does not involve any movement.
  • Consult your doctor or other health professional if you are in doubt, under medical supervision or pregnant before doing the exercises.
