INTEGRITY AND FAIRNESS

  • Provides its services with integrity and fairness.

EQUALITY

  • Provides its services in accordance with the principle of equality between people and the respect for their rights.

RESPECT FOR THE INDIVIDUAL

  • Provides services in the following ways
-with respect for the dignity of the person
-with attention to the person.
-respecting the person's freedom; particularly respecting the person's right to choose to contact another professional or any other person who can meet his/her needs.
-respecting the integrity and physical, psychological and emotional limits of the person.
  • Refrains from providing services impersonally.

CONFIDENTIALITY

  • Provides its services respecting confidentiality and privacy, and as such does not pass on any information exchanged with the client during coaching or Intuitive Guidance sessions to third parties.
  • Avoid any indiscretion about a client or the services or products provided to him/her.

OBJECTIVITY AND SINCERITY

  • Gears the client towards the development of his/her capacities and potential by inviting him/her to be an autonomous actor of his/her well-being and/or self-development.
  • Avoid urging the client or insisting that he/she uses the services.
  • Avoid recommending other sessions without rational justification and sufficient reason; if a 12-session coaching programme makes sense to help to prepare for an event, a single session may be sufficient to relax at the end of the day in an ordinary situation. If two sessions of Intuitive Guidance in a short period of time are justified when they target two different issues, a second session close to another one to address the same target subject may be superfluous.

TRANSPARENCY

  • Demonstrates transparency and, in particular, provides the person with the information and explanations required to understand the nature, objectives, limits, methods and prices of the products and services proposed to him/her.
  • Provides the client with explanations of the reasons for and the use of the information collected during the coaching sessions, particularly during the discussion which includes a questionnaire prior to the practice of the exercises.

  • For the sessions of personalized coaching by means of sophrology, does not seek to explain the client's needs nor to interpret the experience he/she has lived during the practice of the exercises.
  • During Intuitive Guidance sessions, does not address health issues.
  • Respects the work of health professionals and in particular:
-do not make any health diagnosis.
-does not criticise the opinions of health professionals and respects their advice.
-does not seek to substitute for them.
  • Refuses requests that are outside Perselead's field of competence and/or for which it is not sufficiently prepared, and in this case suggests that the person seek the help of other professionals and specialists to meet his/her needs.
  • Is aware of its own limitations as a provider and refrains from providing services when feeling physically, psychologically or emotionally fragile, especially in the interest of the client.

  • Incitement by the client to commit unethical acts.
  • Inappropriate attitude of the person towards Perselead, such as verbal, physical or psychological violence, coercion or gift-giving.
  • Loss of integrity of the client or Perselead.

INDEPENDENCE

  • Provides its services freely, independently and without the influence of any ideological movement.
