The feeling of confusion that this generates makes it difficult for you to concentrate, to rely on your reasoning or to make decisions serenely.

N.B. This session addresses needs relating exclusively to self- development or well-being and does not constitute any kind of therapeutic or health support.
2 - The stakes involved in a confused and saturated mind.
The feeling of saturation generated by this context can lead you to feel unable to assimilate new knowledge, to have a poor understanding of the information being processed, to have a truncated or erroneous view of the situation, or to make inadequate or even counter-productive decisions.

Following the steps of this video coaching session and practising the exercises, you will work on your ability to manage your feelings and to take a step back from what you are experiencing or perceiving so as not to be overwhelmed by the feeling of confusion.

- This session is intended to address exclusively self- development or well-being needs and does not provide any therapeutic support.

- Due to the use of controlled breathing, including short full and empty apneas, and the introspective attention you will perform, please be aware that these sessions are contraindicated or require special adaptations and the advice of your doctor or other health professional if you suffer from respiratory, cardiovascular or psychological fragility or other health problems.
- Consult your doctor if you are unsure, under medical supervision or pregnant before performing the exercises.
- The exercises should not be performed while doing any other activity or in a context that requires your attention or vigilance.
The main body movements performed
- 7 exercises can be performed standing or sitting as preferred.
- One exercise can be performed seated or lying down as you wish.
- The exercises mainly consist of movements of the head and neck, shoulders, arms, wrists and hands, and hip flexion.
- One exercise involves a simulated gentle exhale with the nose blocked and the mouth closed.
- One exercise does not involve any movement.
- Consult your doctor or other health professional if you are in doubt, under medical supervision or pregnant before doing the exercises.
