These exercises are structured to help you to develop your ability to listen to inner phenomena or to improve your capacity for introspection, to refine your perceptions and to stimulate your capacity for sensory memorization.

3 - What this session brings you.
This session is not, or does not follow, a specific protocol for implementing intuition, such as Controlled Remote Viewing, but is a complementary tool that helps you to acquire the skills that support its effectiveness.
Following the steps of this video coaching session and practicing the exercises, you will work on your ability to maintain intention and attention, to stay focused and to let go, to tune out and to clear your mind.
This session also provides you with the tools to help you develop sensory listening and refine your perceptions, and is intended to guide you to a state where you feel comfortable or at ease when using your intuition consciously.

- The exercises should not be performed while doing any other activity or in a context that requires your attention or vigilance.
The main body movements performed
- 1 exercise is done standing
- 6 exercises can be performed standing or sitting as preferred.
- 2 exercises can be performed seated or lying down as you wish.
- The exercises mainly consist of movements of the arms, hands and chest, including chest rotation and hip flexion. 2 exercises do not contain any movement.
